Latvia situated in the North of Europe. It is a democratic republic. It is bordered 4 countries and Baltic sea. Latvians speak Latvian language that belong into the Indo-European language branch. But a lot Latvians knows Russian as it was under USSR till 1990s. Latvia has a rich culture. It was influenced much by Russia, Germany and Sweden much. Latvians value their traditions and family is on the main place in their life. They like their privacy in the comfortable distance. 'm easy going person with a good sense of humor (sometimes it's black (; ). I like reading books (S.King, C.Palahniuk, Carlos Castaneda), swimming, shopping, walking at night (especially when cherry trees bloom), sometimes to survey abandoned territories (it's very exciting when you see some things which are connected to the past), playing at snowballs, volleyball, to do gardening (to plant flowers). I collect masks and earrings :). I live in a country with seashore but I've never been to any oceanfront.
